TQN變壓吸附(PSA)制氮機組  TQN pressure swing adsorption (PSA) nitrogen making machine.

簡稱PSA制氮機,是按變壓吸附技術設計制造的氮氣發生設備

Referred to as PSA Nitrogen making machine is according to the pressure swing adsorption plan.

 

工作原理

以高品質碳分子篩(CMS)為吸附劑,通過變壓吸附從純凈,干燥的壓縮空氣中分離,提取氮氣。在吸附塔內,氧在碳分子篩微孔中擴散速率遠遠大于氮而被吸附,氮在氣相中富集形成成品氮氣;在再生塔內減至常壓,碳分子對氧的吸附力驟降而脫附所吸附的氧氣等雜物,實現再生,一般采用雙塔并聯,PLC控制加壓吸附、減壓脫附交替進行,連續、穩定的生產純度氮氣。

Operating Principle:

Using the high quality carbon mole sieve for adsorbent, are separate Nitrogen from the purity drying composite air. In the adsorption tower, oxygen is spread quicker than nitrogen. Then nitrogen is forming the air nitrogen. In the regeneration tower, we reduce the pressure to the constant pressure that why the adsorption of the CMS are down to relive the regeneration. Usually we connected in parallel controlled by the PLC to product the high purity nitrogen.

》TQC碳載純化裝置 

TQC carbon purification device

 

產品概述

在一定溫度下,氮氣中的殘氧和碳載催化劑中的碳發生氧化反應:C+O₂=CO₂  生成的CO₂和水份經過變壓吸附工藝去除,以及深度脫水,再經過精密過濾器除去顆粒雜質。得到高達99.9995%以上的純度氮氣。燃燒型純化設備的碳催化劑為消耗型,需按時定量添加。本設備不需要配備氫氣源,成品氮氣中不含氫,按氮氣產量的1.1倍配置純度為99.9%左右原料的氮氣,故運行成本低。單脫氧塔(TQCA)型為經濟型,添加催化劑時需停機。適用于可間斷使用的用戶。雙脫氧塔(TQCB)添加碳催化劑時不需要停機,設備可連續不間斷使用。

Products outline:

Residual oxygen of nitrogen is make oxidation reaction with the carbon from carbon catalyst.  C+O₂=CO₂  Carbon dioxide and water are removed by pressure swing absorption and depth dehydration . Then go though the filter to remove the granule impurities. It can be gained the nitrogen which purity is reached to 99.9995%.The catalyst which the burning purification equipment is the consuming things it's must to added the carbon in time, but needs the hydrogen source. It does not contain the hydrogen of the finished nitrogen. It must according to the 1.1 times of nitrogen yield to configuration purity of the raw nitrogen about 99.9%, therefore the cost are very cheap.

Technical Features:

產品概述

在催化劑的作用下,氮氣的微量氧與系統中的氫源發生反應,2H₂﹢O₂=2H₂O 除去殘氧后,再進入干燥系統深度脫水,得到高純度的氮氣。

TQHA型為不脫氧型,適用于工藝中允許含有一定量氫氣的用戶。

GQHA型為脫氧型,適用于熱處理,化工,玻璃,金屬行業。

TQHA 型配置自動加氫配比裝置,催化脫氧器,冷卻器,冷干機,吸干機,精密過濾器,成品氮氣儲氣罐。

GQHB 型配置TQHA的基礎上另加一脫氧器。
